Quality Kids is committed to child safety.

We want children to be safe, happy, and empowered.

We support and respect all children, as well as all our stakeholders.

We are committed to the safety, participation, and empowerment of all children.

We have zero tolerance of child abuse, and all allegations and safety concerns will be treated very seriously and consistently with our policies and procedures.

We have legal and moral obligations to contact authorities when we are worried about a child’s safety, which we follow rigorously.

We are committed to the cultural safety of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, the cultural safety of children from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds, and to providing a safe environment for children with a disability

We are committed to preventing child abuse by identifying risks early, and removing and reducing these risks by designing, implementing, and reviewing systems enacted through the implementation and monitoring of Child Safe Standards

We will ensure we provide resources readily available for the children, family and educators

We will ensure all relevant training of educators are up to date

We will value the input of families and carers and correspond with them regularly

We encourage all children to participate in decisions that affect their lives, including letting us know about their experiences with our programs, how we can improve, and how we ensure they always feel safe
